Expanding Mosaic Touchscreens

This week ETC released a new 8” Touchscreen for the Mosaic line. This 8” model joins the 5” Touchscreen which we launched in January. Both versions are available to spec and order with black and white bezels. We expect to be able to ship all versions in mid-September.

The new Mosaic 8” Touchscreen features a seamless glass display with a 1024 x 768 pixel true-color display that can be oriented horizontally or vertically. It uses Power over Ethernet and mounts using an ingenious twist and lock keyhole mechanism for easy installation. The screen can mount to any standard US, UK, or EU two-gang backbox.

The latest version of Mosaic Designer allows programmers to easily switch layouts of custom pages from one size to another. Plus, powerful processors allow the 8” and 5” Touchscreens to offer multitouch.
