Le Maitre manufactures two ranges of pyrotechnics. The first range is PyroFlash. This is the system with plug-in cartridges. The PyroFlash system is simple Plug and Play system for semi-pro users. The second range is ProStage II. ProStage II is our professional range of pyrotechnics.
ProStage II pyrotechnics do not plug-into our PyroFlash pods; instead the effects have wires for connecting to pyro circuits. Often ProStage II pyrotechnics are smaller, better and cheaper than PyroFlash pyro. This is because the new effects were developed using modern day techniques. There are also less components used in the manufacture of ProStage II pyrotechnics.
Le Maitre Theatrical Flash (box of 12)
A brilliant white flash followed by a pure white mushroom cloud of smoke that rises upwards.
Available in small, medium, large, loud and extra loud reports and coloured flashes.
The Theatrical Flash Loud Report is visually the same as the medium flash, but the volume is twice as loud.
The Red, Amber and Green Flashes are the same as the medium flash, but the flash is coloured and the smoke is white.
Le Maitre Silver Jet
A dense column of silver sparks with no bang and very little smoke.
It is approximately 1.5 metres wide, and is projected to a height of approximately 6 metres.
Also available is Silver Jet Reduced Height, which is suitable for venues where space is limited.
It is approximately 1 metre wide and reaches a height of approximately 3.5 metres.
Le Maitre Mini Gerbs
A spray of sparks approximately 1.5 metres wide that reaches a height of approximately 3 to 4 metres.
Available in Silver, Gold, Flitter and Shimmer.
Also available in Silver Long Duration (12 seconds),
Silver 3 Second duration and 3 Second Reduced Height
(2 metres). Also available in colours. See 'Coloured Mini Gerbs'.
Le Maitre Silverstar
A similar effect to the Theatrical Flash but it combines sparkling silver stars with the flash.
The stars are projected in all directions to a distance of approximately 2.5 metres.
Available in small, medium and large.
Le Maitre Large Glitter Cartridge
A bang, followed by a cascade of glitter, reaching a height of approximately 5 metres.
To be used in the variable angle pod.
Available in gold, silver, blue, green, red and multi.
Le Maitre New Chinese Confetti Cartridges
These replace the old style PyroFlash Chinese Confetti Cartridges; that is, 1237, 1239, 1240, 1244, 1245, 1246, 1247 and 1248 (PyroFlash range) and PP209, PP211, PP212, PP215, PP216, PP217, PP218, PP219 and PP220 (ProStage II range). A bang, followed by a cascade of Chinese Confetti, projected to a height of approximately 8 to 10 metres. The Chinese Confetti is made of strips of paper which twist and turn as they float slowly to the ground.

Le Maitre Pro Stage Two Way
Battery-operated Pyroflash Controller
The Pro Stage Two Way is a battery operated cap discharge controller. Each channel can be fired individually with 100 metres of cable and up to 16 effects wired in series, or both channels can be fired at once with up to 8 effects on each channel.
Le Maitre Pro Stage Six Way
The Pro Stage Six Way is a 6 channel battery operated cap discharge controller.
Capable of firing each channel individually with up to 16 effects wired in series over 100 metres, or all 6 channels can be fired at once with up to 8 effects on each channel.
Le Maitre Pyroflash 6/24
The Pyroflash 6/24 is a 6 channel unit, offering a
range of features to enable any number of
combinations of effects to be fired safely and reliably.
Le Maitre Splitter Box
When used with the Pyroflash 6/24 firing system,
the splitter box increases the number of effects
that can be fired.
Inputs and Outputs are via 3 pin bulgin connections.
Splits each channel of the 6/24 into 4 channels.
Le Maitre Flash Pod
For use with all Le Maitre firing systems and standard Pyroflash cartridge effects.
Supplied with both 3 pin bulgin and quick connectors.
Also available in easy to clean stainless steel.
Le Maitre Twin Pod
For use with the Pyroflash 6/24 firing system and all standard Pyroflash cartridges.
The two effects are fired individually using the channel selector switch on the 6/24.
Supplied with 3 pin bulgin connections.
Le Maitre Variable angle Pod
For use with all Le Maitre firing systems and Pyroflash Glitter, Streamer, Confetti and Chinese Confetti cartridges.
The angle of projection can be adjusted in 15 degree steps between vertical and horizontal.
Supplied with 3 pin bulgin connections.
Le Maitre Confetti Cannon
The Confetti Cannon produces a spectacular effect. It is operated by a pyrotechnic maroon in the base of the cannon, covered with a cardboard wad and up to 2 kilos of confetti or glitter. On detonation by a Le Maitre firing system, there is a loud bang and a huge cloud of confetti is hurled into the air. The Confetti Cannon is not for use in a confined space, especially near to sound systems. The Confetti Cannon is sold for professional purposes only and should be used with great caution.
